As Founding Programme Director and organisational leader of RIKA Africa, I lead and scale a continent-wide leadership development programme across 18 countries, 15 sectors and 81 organisations. I am, at heart, a community builder: I founded the RIKA Africa Leadership Summit, which now convenes 500+ CEOs, policymakers and global faculty each year for a candid conversation on the future of work and human capital in Africa. That hands-on leadership perspective, alongside a corporate career at Safaricom, Deloitte, Living Goods and Mastercard Foundation, is what I bring into every consulting room and workshop.
